Overview

Join KPMG's Advisory technology leadership to design scalable Salesforce solutions, with Health Cloud focus, and drive AI-enabled experiences. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and lead integration efforts with healthcare systems. This role blends hands-on development, architecture input, and governance to shape transformative health tech implementations. Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, with Health Cloud features and data models
  • Build Apex, LWC, and Flows; participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployment
  • Configure Agentforce components and AI experiences using Salesforce data and RAG patterns
  • Implement agent testing, observability, and guardrails for safe AI delivery
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems (Epic, Genesys, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR) ensuring healthcare data security
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements and contribute to release management and performance tuning
  • Uphold professional and respectful work environment
Key requirements
  • Eight+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura, Flows, Triggers)
  • Bachelor's degree; Salesforce Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist certifications required
  • Health Cloud data model knowledge; experience with external system integrations (HL7/FHIR) preferred
  • Proficiency with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) and version control (Git)
  • CI/CD tools experience (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
  • Hands-on with Agentforce, Prompt Builder, generative AI concepts, Data Cloud; experience with Service/Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI/PII handling; familiarity with Shield, Event Monitoring, Data Masking, OmniStudio; Agile/Scrum
  • Willingness to travel; authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
