Responsibilities- Define and execute a multi-year PBM modernization strategy across applications and platforms
- Transition from monolithic systems to modular, cloud-native, API-first, event-driven architectures
- Establish scalable architecture standards, governance, and decision metrics
- Embed Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation into business workflows
- Define patterns for intelligent decision-making, automation, and enhanced UX
- Ensure secure, compliant, and well-governed AI-enabled solutions
- Balance investments in platform simplification, debt reduction, digital innovation, and AI-enabled transformation
- Lead architecture governance and speed up decision-making with clear principles and SLAs
- Drive adoption of AI capabilities across operations, analytics, and enterprise workflows
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enterprise architects; foster communities of practice
Key requirements- 10+ years in enterprise architecture or large-scale technology transformation
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale modernization, platform, and data strategies
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership
