Overview In this role you will lead Transport pursuits across West and LATAM, guiding strategies and coordinating bid teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused submissions. Responsibilities- Partner with Transport Leaders, Bid Directors, and Bid Managers to bring global experience to local clients throughout the pursuit process
- Advise on pursuit strategy, resourcing, and bid prioritization balancing efficiency, effectiveness, and win probability
- Lead and manage tender processes with accountability for bid coordination, compliance, and quality
- Coordinate with technical teams, schedulers, project managers, and contributors to meet deadlines
- Guide and align MCBD contributors (writers, editors, designers, client managers) to strengthen win strategy and proposal quality
- Contribute to BD and go/no-go decisions by providing pipeline, risk, and resourcing insights
- Use reviews (color team reviews) to ensure scalable bid delivery
- Identify and implement improvements to bidding processes, tools, and practices
- Capture win nuggets to share internally and with MCBD to promote project wins
Key requirements- 7 years' experience in pursuits and bids in the AEC industry or similar
- Experience managing pursuits and bids
- Experience with prepositioning and bidding lifecycle at local office geography/region scale
- Knowledge of current AEC bidding trends and procurement methods
- Working with technical staff and marketing to ensure process adherence and document quality
- Experience tracking project pursuits in CRM pipeline tools
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Development or related field
- APMP certification desirable
