Overview In this role you will advise C-suite leaders on technology strategies that align with business goals and drive market share in financial services. You will shape tech-enabled transformations, develop operating models and business cases, and guide AI-driven insights to unlock value. You'll work with senior clients to craft a compelling technology vision and lead cross-functional teams. Responsibilities- Serve as trusted advisor to the C-suite, defining strategy at the intersection of technology and business
- Articulate a compelling technology vision with industry and functional expertise
- Shape the role of technology in business strategies to capture market share
- Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities from current technology footprint
- Drive strategic opportunities that integrate innovative tech into broader transformations
- Develop operating models and business cases leveraging disruptive technologies
- Lead creation of thought leadership assets presenting innovative insights and recommendations
- Pressure-test leadership assumptions, including AI-generated insights
- Validate AI-assisted analysis with logic, experience, and domain knowledge
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, modeling, and scenario analysis
- Exercise critical judgment to assess AI outputs for reliability
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams; build client relationships and drive collaboration
- Support business development by shaping proposals and SOWs
- Facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders to drive actionable outcomes
- Travel as needed
Key requirements- Strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm (Manager: minimum 1 year; Senior Manager: minimum 3 years)
- Experience in operating model strategy, M&A, tech value and cost take-out, or tech-driven revenue growth (Manager: at least one); (Senior Manager: in at least two)
- Experience writing business cases (minimum 5 years for Manager, 6 years for Senior Manager)
- Experience leading or managing small to large teams including planning analytical work and workshops
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree (bonus)
- Comfort with using AI tools for research and analysis (bonus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop technology strategy recommendations and roadmaps
- Ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships
