Overview In this role you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Manufacturing Processes, leading process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs. You will work within the plant team to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality production, applying data-driven methods to optimize performance. You will collaborate on continuous quality improvement efforts and guide tooling, documentation, and change activities. This position offers opportunities to influence plant-level processes and participate in a broader total rewards program.

Responsibilities- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Manufacturing Processes, driving process improvements using Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, health, and quality policies and practices
- Oversee optimal operation of assigned plant's Manufacturing Processes, including hands-on adjustments to maintain productivity
- Manage tooling documentation, audits, and maintenance direction for tooling used in Manufacturing Processes
- Apply statistical methods to improve process capability and reduce variation
- Participate on Continuous Quality Improvement team for plant process improvements
- Travel up to 10%
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of related experience or High School Diploma with 11+ years of specific experience
- Master's Degree (preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma and/or Six Sigma certifications (preferred)
- Knowledge of Infinity SPC or similar SPC software, JMP, Minitab, or similar statistical software
