Overview In this Wealth Management leadership role, you will retain and grow medium-to-large high net worth client relationships and align a team of Banking, Trust and Investment professionals around each client. You provide expert counsel on wealth management issues and navigate complex client needs. The position requires NMLS registration and regulatory awareness, with a hybrid work setup and a compensation package that reflects senior experience. Responsibilities- Retain and grow high net worth client relationships
- Build and lead a cross-functional team around client needs (Banking, Trust, Investment)
- Provide expert wealth management counsel across multiple areas
- Partner with colleagues to service unique client needs
- Navigate regulatory and licensing requirements (NMLS) and maintain compliance
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years in high/ultra-high net worth wealth management
- Excellent relationship management, networking, and business development skills
- Knowledge of U.S. Bancorp Banking, Trust, and Investment products and services
- Ability to make critical decisions independently
- Professional designation such as CFA or CFP preferred
- NMLS registration and regulatory awareness (S.A.F.E. Act, Reg Z)
