Responsibilities- Identify and evaluate innovative legal tech aligned with practice needs
- Design and run pilot programs with clear success metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional implementation with IT, KM, and practice groups
- Provide expertise on complex workflow design and ensure security/governance compliance
- Develop training and change-management strategies to drive adoption
- Provide advanced technical support and coordinate vendor resolutions
- Lead project teams and promote knowledge sharing
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate agreements with procurement
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years in legal technology with at least 3 years in innovation/ emerging tech
- Experience implementing and supporting AI-powered legal tech
- Experience designing/managing technology pilot programs
- Vendor management experience
- Proven track record of tech implementation and user adoption
- Change management and technology training experience
- Experience leading project teams
