Overview As Vice President in our Technology team in San Francisco, you will lead advanced financial analysis, oversee junior staff, and drive strategic capital markets engagements. You will develop investment scenarios, coordinate marketing for securities offerings, and advise on M&A and risk. You will collaborate with senior leaders to monitor market trends and financial statements, shaping client solutions. This role offers impact on high-stakes transactions and scale through the firm's research capabilities.
Responsibilities- Oversee a range of quantitative analyses (LBOs, DCF, valuation, M&A accretion/dilution, credit analysis) for client and investor presentations
- Develop investment scenarios and related presentation/prospectus materials and coordinate marketing for securities offerings
- Leverage the firm's capital markets, research, and analytical capabilities to provide investment, risk advisory, M&A, and capital markets services
- Monitor transactions, market trends, financial statements, industry and regulatory information relevant to the financial sector
- Collaborate with Executive Directors and Managing Directors across marketing, transaction evaluation, and processing
Key requirements- MBA or equivalent investment banking experience
- Five or more years of relevant work experience
- Experience supervising Analyst and Associate level staff
- Strong financial analysis, accounting, and forecasting skills
