Overview In this role you lead the strategy and execution of Michels' learning and development programs, aligning them with business goals and organizational culture. You own existing programs, optimize delivery, and partner with leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to design impactful curricula. You will develop leadership and professional development initiatives, implement measurement, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities- own and optimize existing L&D programs for consistency and alignment with business needs
- lead strategy, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of L&D programs
- manage program timelines, communications, logistics, facilitator coordination, and learning resources
- design and implement new curricula for leadership and professional development
- evaluate program effectiveness using participation, feedback, and impact metrics
- collaborate with leaders, HR, SMEs, and external partners to translate business needs into development experiences
- stay current on learning trends and determine effective delivery methods and digital solutions
- support enterprise-wide talent development initiatives and special projects
- coordinate learning reinforcement and knowledge retention strategies
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 10+ years in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Curriculum and Instruction or related area (or equivalent)
- experience managing enterprise learning and leadership development programs
- designing and implementing leadership and professional development programs for all levels
- strong facilitation, group leadership, and training delivery skills
- people leadership experience including coaching, performance management, and accountability
- ability to partner with leaders and HR to assess development needs and implement solutions
- strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and talent development practices
- strong relationship building, project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
