Responsibilities- Contribute to study protocol design and statistical analysis plan development
- Select statistical methods and conduct analyses using a reporting database
- Collaborate on data quality assurance plans and stay current with methods
- Peer-review colleagues' statistical work and influence methodological choices
- Communicate results via reports, regulatory submissions, manuscripts, and presentations
- Interact with regulators and support regulatory queries
- Lead projects independently and apply technical expertise across functions
- Apply innovative methodologies to solve complex problems and drive decisions
Key requirements- Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics or Epidemiology or Computer Science with at least 7 years of Real World Evidence experience
- Proficiency in SAS, R, Spotfire, WinBUGs; working knowledge of statistical programming and data analysis
- Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
- Technical expertise in experimental design, data quality assurance, and statistical methodology
- Self-management with timely, accurate delivery of multiple deliverables
