Overview

In this role you will manage a federal government-focused Starlink portfolio in Canada, guiding contracts from onboarding through long-term retention and growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure commitments are executable, identify opportunities, and drive revenue while advancing a self-service approach for enterprise customers. You will act as the federal vertical expert, shaping strategy and coordinating with partners to scale growth. This is a mission-driven role at SpaceX, combining customer obsession with technical depth to enable high-impact government deployments.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for a federal government account portfolio from signature onward (onboarding, account management, retention and revenue growth).
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve issues.
  • Build relationships to understand requirements and manage expectations.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development.
  • Retain and expand account value by forecasting and communicating readiness, schedules, and risks.
  • Act as the federal vertical expert, guiding strategic direction and high-impact commercial decisions.
  • Design and lead process and system improvements to accelerate growth and enable rapid scaling.
Key requirements
  • Bachelor degree; OR high school diploma/equivalency with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • 4+ years in account management, customer success, or business operations.
  • 1+ years experience with government customers.
  • Experience supporting a technical product/service (3+ years preferred).
  • Experience with Canadian federal or civil government customers (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
