Overview As a Financial Analyst, you drive planning, reporting and decision support across the organization. You analyze financial data, develop forecasts and budgets, and create reports to inform strategic choices. You translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and support process improvements, accuracy, and controls. You work closely with department leaders to understand performance and assist with month-end and year-end closes, contributing to overall financial health and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Analyze financial results, trends, and variances to support decisions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and opportunities
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights to management
- Support month-end and year-end close with analyses and reconciliations
- Partner with department leaders to review budgets, expenses, and performance
- Conduct ad hoc analyses on revenue, costs, profitability, and efficiency
- Help improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and internal controls
- Assist with presentations and recommendations for leadership review
