Overview In this long-term contract, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for scientific, quality, and manufacturing roles within a regulated pharma environment in Bridgewater, NJ. You'll partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, align search strategies, and keep momentum throughout the hiring cycle. You will source and engage candidates for QA, QC, production, warehouse, and other regulated functions, while ensuring a smooth, timely process and a strong candidate experience. The role focuses on handling a high volume of openings, coordinating interviews, and guiding offers in line with company practices, contributing to fast, compliant talent acquisition.
Responsibilities- Lead full recruitment process from intake to offer for scientific, quality, and manufacturing roles
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs, set search strategies, and maintain hiring momentum
- Source and engage candidates with regulated industry experience (QA, QC, production, warehouse)
- Manage a high volume requisition load with organized workflows and strong candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates and stakeholders, ensure progress through stages
- Use an applicant tracking system to manage workflows and recruitment data
- Collaborate with sourcing resources while owning day-to-day recruiting activity for openings
- Extend offers and guide candidates through final stages per company practices
