Overview

In this role, you will serve as the FP&A lead for the ADI&PP portfolio, delivering financial oversight across multiple contracts. You will collaborate with the program team, provide recommendations and insights, and drive financial planning rhythms including outlooks, LRPs and operating plans. You will consolidate data from multiple systems to inform strategy and support proposals and negotiations. This position offers scope to shape financial decisions in a high impact, multidisciplinary defense program environment. Responsibilities
  • Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple contracts
  • Prepare monthly outlooks for Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash; support long-range planning and operating plans
  • Act as trusted liaison to Program team, offering financial recommendations and insights
  • Lead FP&A activities for the ADI&PP portfolio, including business rhythms and briefings
  • Consolidate financial results and prepare internal/external reporting (including cost and schedule EVMS)
  • Develop forward-looking analytics, visualization, and trend analyses to inform strategy
  • Provide SME support for proposals, basis of estimate, and negotiations
  • Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP and related controls
Key requirements
  • Extensive Financial Planning and Analysis experience, especially as Submarket Segment FP&A lead
  • Monthly outlooks, long-range plans, contract status reports, balance sheets, income statements
  • Working knowledge of EVMS and its application to financial processes
  • Experience with COBRA, SAP & Hyperion
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with cost control, risk identification and management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
