Overview In this role you will serve as a key legal partner for LinkedIn's Subscriptions business, helping negotiate and structure revenue-generating technology agreements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to close transactions on time and improve contract processes. You'll also drive strategic initiatives for Talent Solutions and Sales Solutions, contributing to scalable legal operations and pro bono efforts. Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate technology-related agreements for Subscriptions (subscription agreements, data processing agreements, channel partner agreements, order forms, addenda, NDAs)
- Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Product, and other teams to obtain internal approvals and close deals per internal policies
- Act as trusted legal partner to Talent Solutions and Sales Solutions and drive strategic projects impacting business results
- Optimize contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation processes for efficiency and leverage
- Participate in the Legal & Public Policy team's pro bono initiatives
Key requirements- J.D. and bar admission or in-house practice eligibility in the location
- 3+ years of technology transactions experience (software licensing, cloud services, and/or AI-related transactions)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
- Self-motivated with judgment on when to escalate to senior attorneys
