Overview In this role, you will support Tax Transformation in Operations/Finance, partnering with tax specialists, technologists, and stakeholders to improve service delivery and efficiency. You'll work on end-to-end tax transformation initiatives spanning compliance and advisory services, across multiple client segments. You'll analyze processes, translate needs into requirements, and help deploy new delivery approaches with change management. You'll collaborate across tech and business teams to design, test, and enable adoption of transformations that raise value for clients. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on how Deloitte Tax delivers services.
Responsibilities- Support project planning and deliver scope on time
- Identify service delivery pain points with Tax practitioners and drive process improvements
- Perform process analysis using agile and design thinking; translate needs into requirements
- Collaborate across technology delivery lifecycle with product/IT and stakeholders
- Execute and facilitate testing (system/UAT) and contribute to readiness assessments
- Develop learning materials and support deployment, pilots, and go-live
- Provide post-go-live hypercare and drive adoption with change management
- Build trust across diverse stakeholders; facilitate discussions and simplify complex ideas
- Be proactive, organized, and capable of managing competing priorities
- Navigate ambiguity and support others through change
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or other relevant discipline
- 3+ years of project delivery and client service experience in tax-related areas
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- willingness for travel up to 10%
