Overview In this role you will support the North Americas Finance team by delivering detailed cost and margin insights, aligning cost analysis with operations and procurement to drive profitability. You will develop standard COGS and plant performance reporting, participate in cost planning with operations, and manage cost accounting and inventory activities. This position offers exposure to SAP, BI, and OneStream in a global, growth oriented manufacturing environment that values initiative and development.

Responsibilities- Analyze Cost of Goods Sold, inventory, and gross margin with variance explanations
- Create standardized COGS and Plant Performance reporting
- Collaborate with operations to develop financially aligned plans
- Oversee day-to-day cost accounting and inventory functions; interface with operations and procurement
- Manage headcount and costs for the operations unit to support performance goals
Key requirements- BS in Finance, Accounting, or similar analytical discipline
- 3+ years of cost accounting in a standard cost manufacturing environment
