Overview In this role, you drive loss elimination and standard work within a Distribution Center using WPS and proven improvement methods. You will lead cross-functional projects, translate KPI insights into action, and mentor area managers to raise performance. The role sits at the heart of continuous improvement, aligning with Walmart's mission of efficient, customer-focused operations. Responsibilities- Lead savings projects and drive loss elimination within the area
- Apply WPS methodology and One Best Way playbooks across projects
- Prepare and analyze KPI data; develop gap analyses for WPS integration
- Coordinate and oversee top-loss project execution; build capability in area managers
- Support associate engagement, KPI improvements, and process area performance
- Develop relationships with stakeholders; align goals and measure progress
- Provide supervision, training, and development opportunities for associates
- Ensure compliance with policies; promote ethics, integrity, and a culture of belonging
Key requirements- Bachelor in Engineering
- 3 years' experience in Quality or Process Improvement OR 5 years' experience in Quality or Process Improvement
- Microsoft Office Suite
