Overview In this role you architect and lead end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS solutions for complex environments, guiding cross-functional teams and advising executive stakeholders. You translate business needs into scalable, interoperable architectures and drive transformation within digital fulfillment operations. You will shape strategy, governance, and delivery quality while delivering measurable business value. This role blends deep WMS expertise with leadership to influence outcomes and accelerate client success.

Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end BY WMS architecture and design across multiple industries
- Define requirements, perform fit/gap analyses, and drive Conference Room Pilots
- Ensure interoperability with ERP, TMS, OMS, WCS/MHE, Voice, ASRS and other systems
- Provide architectural governance and design assurance throughout delivery lifecycle
- Oversee complex WMS programs from configuration to hypercare
- Manage scope, risks, RAID logs, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
- Act as senior client advisor, guiding transformation roadmaps and value assessments
- Shape opportunities via pre-sales, estimates, and delivery strategies
- Contribute to practice growth through accelerators, assets, and thought leadership
- Mentor teams, enforce best practices, and drive a high-performance delivery culture
- Maintain quality via governance, risk management, and design/documentation standards
Key requirements- Minimum 8 years in WMS, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment tech
- Minimum 8 years hands-on Blue Yonder WMS architecture, design, or implementation
- Minimum 8 years leading large, complex WMS or supply chain transformation programs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or 6+ years with Associate's degree)
