Overview As a Mission Critical Project Architect at DLR Group, you drive project document development and coordinate cross-functional teams on large data-center, emergency call center, industrial, and manufacturing projects. You partner with the Project Manager to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and financial health, while guiding technical solutions across design disciplines. You lead design development, mentor staff, and uphold practice standards in a collaborative, ownership-driven firm. Responsibilities- Coordinate and lead design disciplines to develop technical solutions
- Mentor architectural staff and oversee design development
- Ensure understanding of all professional practice aspects from concept to close-out
- Present ideas effectively in team settings and manage own workload
- Demonstrate high proficiency in producing draw ings and documentation
- Lead project team to comply with practice standards
- Oversee design and technical development of projects
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, and Engineers in conceptual document development
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Design
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Architect
- 5+ years on Data Center projects
- Understanding of design and construction processes and cross-disciplinary communication
- Proficient in REVIT and CAD modeling/rendering software
- Willingness to travel occasionally
