Overview In this role you drive Total Client Growth by leading enterprise-level insurance relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences. You apply advanced insurance expertise and strategic advisory to translate client needs into risk solutions. You will guide de-risking, coverage gap analyses, and strategic claims, while coordinating end-to-end delivery of the Total Client Experience. You'll work with cross-functional teams to expand services across product lines and travel up to 50% to support key accounts.

Responsibilities- Serve as the primary relationship lead for enterprise-level and complex commercial accounts
- Build and sustain deep partnerships with multi-line business needs and organizational risk
- Lead Quarterly Business Strategy Meetings focusing on program structure, KPIs, financials, loss trends, and mitigation plans
- Conduct Discovery Sessions to surface exposures and priorities
- Assist in developing and executing De-Risking Strategies
- Deliver Coverage Gap Analysis and recommend solutions
- Review contracts, leases, and third-party risk transfer requirements for coverage compliance
- Present benchmarking insights and claims trends to support decision-making
- Consult on complex program structures including captives and risk financing
- Oversee a proactive strategic claims approach to reduce total cost of risk
- Travel 40-50% of the time
- Coordinate with Client Advisors, Placement, Account Executives, and other partners to retain and grow accounts
- Lead, monitor, and report on total client solution delivery within renewal timelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Key requirements- 8+ years commercial P&C insurance experience; enterprise or complex national accounts strongly preferred
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Proven track record of retaining and growing large accounts with executive presence
- Experience managing external and internal resources, including vendor and carrier relationships
- Advanced understanding of coverage structures, contractual risk transfer, loss analytics, and program design
- Strong project management and analytical skills with ability to oversee complex initiatives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive-level presenting
- Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, service, claims, placement, and specialty departments
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Insurance designations such as ARM, CPCU, CRM, CIC preferred but not required
