Overview As a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator in Stripe's Marketing organization, you embed with a cohort of marketers to scale AI-enabled workflows. You will identify high-impact transformations, build tailored AI tools and automations, and guide marketers from awareness to full AI-driven independence. You'll document playbooks, share wins with leadership, and track progress toward a self-sustaining, AI-first marketing model. This role fuses hands-on AI development with coaching, enabling cross-functional teams to adopt repeatable, scalable solutions. You'll help shape an AI-first marketing operating model at Stripe with a strong emphasis on impact and speed.
Responsibilities- Identify high-leverage workflow transformations within the marketing cohort
- Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills for marketers
- Coach marketers through a progressive AI adoption journey to self-sufficiency
- Teach and empower marketers to build their own tools over time
- Scale successful solutions and create reusable tools across the cohort
- Document tools, playbooks, and transformation patterns for the FDA team
- Share wins with cohort and leadership to build momentum
- Track progress against a maturity model toward self-sustaining, AI-first work
- Prepare marketers for an autonomous, multi-agent workflow future
Key requirements- 5+ years of professional experience involving analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work
- Proven coaching or enablement experience with measurable impact
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and relationships while supporting 20 marketers
