Overview In this role you drive Formlabs' technical storytelling, producing high-impact assets like case studies and white papers to demonstrate hardware innovations. You'll translate complex technology for engineers, designers, and buyers, and lead content campaigns to generate leads and build brand authority. You work closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales to ensure accuracy and conversion focus. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who loves tech storytelling and measurable impact.

Responsibilities- Identify and interview customers to publish written and video case studies
- Produce technical guides and white papers from in-depth research and experimentation
- Create content for sales enablement and product launches
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Web teams for technical accuracy and conversion
- Define and execute content marketing campaigns across verticals and funnel stages
- Understand buyer personas and align content with buyer needs and internal funnels
- Manage content creation and distribution across web, social, email, etc.
- Maintain consistent style and tone and edit others' content to quality
Key requirements- 2+ years of experience in relevant marketing/engineering roles at a hardware company
- Prolific writing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to translate technical topics for technical and business audiences
