Overview In this role you will oversee Transportation Operations across multiple sites within a region, driving safety, quality and customer experience. You will lead a team of Transportation Area Managers and shape regional performance through planning, coaching, and best-practice sharing. The position demands adaptability to a fast-growing, deadline-driven environment and significant travel. You'll influence operational goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable shipping and logistics results.

Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of Transportation Area Managers across sites to streamline logistics
- Ensure safety, quality, performance, and customer experience for your region
- Execute supervisory responsibilities per company policies and procedures
- Meet and exceed regional operational goals and drive forecasting and planning
- Mentor, train, and develop teammates for career progression
- Develop and share best practices across shifts and network
- Travel up to 50% as required; adapt to varying hours including nights, weekends, holidays
Key requirements- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
