Overview

As Marketing Manager, Brand IMP, you steer category-specific marketing into a cohesive annual roadmap that links brand strategy, product launches, and demand generation. You collaborate across a broad marketing ecosystem to translate business goals into integrated campaigns and GTM plans. You drive brand growth and profitability through data-informed storytelling and cross-functional leadership. The role centers on delivering measurable impact through launches, campaigns, and performance marketing while maintaining brand consistency. Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of annual integrated marketing plans for assigned category portfolios
  • Prioritize launches, campaigns, and investments based on business impact
  • Drive brand positioning and storytelling, including competitive analysis
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with product, channel, and strategy teams
  • Oversee brand execution planning and asset development across channels
  • Collaborate with Media Team for targeted, omni-channel campaigns and optimization
  • Direct execution of product launches and campaigns with clear briefs and KPI focus
  • Develop and deliver consumer events content and omni-channel visual assets
  • Provide training tools to support product education for Kohler and distributors
  • Manage budgets for campaigns and support broader communications budget
  • Monitor and report on program performance, sharing insights and next steps
  • Lead a cross-functional team to align internal and external stakeholders
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
  • 7+ years of Marketing or Brand Management experience in consumer goods/home/lifestyle/luxury sectors
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing abilities
  • Analytical thinking with creative and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience across NPD, media management, content development, and GTM strategies
  • Willingness to travel 15%
