You'll help shape market adoption as a founding member of a new sales organization, collaborating across functions to meet patient needs in neurology-focused care. Responsibilities- Build rapport with regional teams, cross-functional partners, and healthcare contacts at all levels
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing to customers
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and staff to promote products and educate patients
- Manage key accounts by tailoring solutions to needs and leveraging market insights
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and allocate budget
- Address external market challenges while aligning internal teams for cohesive strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of sales plans
- Maintain call averages with top target providers as per the sales plan
- Take calculated risks and apply problem-solving techniques to improve regional performance
- Adhere to Teva compliance policies and meet sales objectives
- Travel regularly to cover Seattle, Bellevue, or Everett areas and related territories
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree (minimum); pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Documented B2B sales experience; experience with complex healthcare accounts desired
- Experience engaging multiple stakeholders within centers of excellence and large health systems (preferred)
- Experience collaborating with patient support programs, reimbursement partners, and access stakeholders (preferred)
- Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric or rare disease areas (preferred)
- New product launch experience in specialty pharma or complex disease markets (preferred)
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driver's license and clean driving record
- Senior role requires at least 1 year; Executive role requires at least 7 years of sales experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact with HCPs in-person and virtually; proficient with technology
- Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing (preferred)
