Responsibilities- Serve as the technical and environmental, health, and safety subject matter expert for the assigned unit or process area
- Coach operators to enhance technical competency and operational effectiveness
- Identify, investigate, and resolve issues to improve process and equipment performance
- Lead and participate in root cause analyses, incident investigations, and corrective actions
- Collaborate with maintenance, reliability, engineering, and operations to boost asset utilization and reliability
- Develop and maintain safety, health, environmental, and regulatory compliance programs
- Monitor audits, inspections, data collection, and reporting to ensure regulatory adherence
- Provide EH&S guidance for projects, outages, turnarounds, and operational changes
- Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices and implementing standards
Key requirements- High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, or industrial operations
- Knowledge of process equipment, troubleshooting methods, and root cause analysis
- Understanding of environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement sustainable improvements
