Overview In this role you will be the subject matter expert for pest control strategies across market segments, guiding Operations on implementing best-in-class service delivery. You will analyze data to resolve service quality and infestation issues, and coach Operations leaders and Technicians to raise competency. You'll collaborate with Technical Account Managers, National Accounts, and Branch leaders to drive action plans and improve outcomes. This position offers a chance to influence field standards, protocols, and customer satisfaction at scale. Responsibilities- Monitor service performance against KPIs and collaborate with Operations, National Accounts, and Sales to meet thresholds
- Conduct site assessments to identify root causes of infestations and deploy corrective action plans
- Collaborate with Technical and National Account Managers to drive action and resolution with RTX and customers
- Coach Branch leaders to develop pest management competency among front-line technicians and sales peers
- Create action plans and SMART goals to improve service quality and monitor execution
- Drive improvements in protocols, service delivery, and customer retention
- Identify and lead projects related to people, process, and technology improvements
- Contribute to technical standards and SOPs to support field delivery
- Advise sales teams on business acquisition and continuous improvement inputs
- Engage in industry associations and develop publications/presentations to support sales and marketing
Key requirements- Four year college biological science degree in entomology or related sciences (preferred but not required)
- Board Certified Entomologist (BCE) or ACE (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of related structural pest management experience
- 2+ years of Structural Pest Management field experience
- 1+ years of management experience
- Strong project and change management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including formal presentations
