You will also help position BOK Financial as a healthcare thought leader through strategic content and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities- Serve as Central Figure for Healthcare Thought Leadership - Aggregate and communicate trends to internal and external audiences as part of marketing strategy.
- Develop a healthcare data analytics strategy leveraging CMS data and the INC platform to improve prospecting, sales, and underwriting decisions.
- Co-develop an external marketing strategy to establish BOK Financial as a healthcare industry thought leader.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of BOK Financial Healthcare Banking's broad strategy to expand client portfolio and served segments.
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of knowledge management experience with a specialization in Healthcare
- Advanced degree strongly preferred
- In-depth healthcare industry knowledge, legislation, and economic shifts
- Ability to synthesize public news into cohesive trends for stakeholders
- Self-motivated with directional guidance to formulate ideas and content
- Excellent understanding of the healthcare data landscape and ability to draw data-driven conclusions
