Overview

In this AP Staff Accountant role, you will manage day-to-day accounts payable operations and support month-end close in a fully remote, PT-collaborative environment. You report to the Corporate Controller and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate invoicing, approvals, and financial controls. You'll handle vendor management, 1099s, and expense reviews while contributing to audits and ad hoc projects. This position offers steady, hands-on accounting work within a remote setup and a clear path to impacting cash flow and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and perform PO matching
  • Obtain approvals and execute payment runs
  • Vendor management and 1099 compliance
  • Support credit card and employee expense reviews
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Month-end close and GL reconciliations
  • Audit and tax support
  • Handle ad hoc accounting projects
