Overview In this role you lead the Developer Productivity Operations team responsible for 24/7 stability and performance of CI/CD pipelines and core development platforms. You will blend hands-on technical leadership with people management to improve delivery speed and platform reliability. You'll own critical tooling like GitHub, Jenkins, and Artifactory, driving automation and incident response to support a large engineering organization. This position combines strategic evaluation of new tools with hands-on governance and cross-functional collaboration to sustain high availability and secure development environments. You will work onsite to enable close collaboration with the team and stakeholders

Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on Developer Productivity Operations and CI/CD systems
- Own performance and reliability of core tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Gerrit, repository services)
- Maintain 99.9%+ uptime by defining and tracking SLAs, KPIs, and system metrics
- Drive automation initiatives across environments to reduce manual work and increase resilience
- Direct incident response, perform RCAs, and ensure compliance with security/governance standards
- Serve as primary escalation point for complex operational issues and partner across engineering, security, and platform teams
Key requirements- Experience leading technical teams in modern DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure environments
- Broad experience with enterprise repository, artifact, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Gerrit, Artifactory
- Proven ability to manage high-availability infrastructure and uphold SLAs/KPIs
- Strong track record of continuous improvement and post-incident reviews
- Experience evaluating and implementing new tools to improve software delivery ecosystem
