Program Director

Lead and deliver one or more complex aerospace programs from concept to customer delivery. Drive schedule, cost, quality and technical performance while ensuring compliance and strong customer relationships. You will coordinate cross functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality to meet ambitious milestones. • Own overall program success: schedule, scope, cost, quality, risk and technical performance for major programs
• Define lifecycle plans, milestones, budgets, resource plans and performance metrics; drive on time and on quality delivery
• Identify and mitigate technical, schedule and cost risks; enforce configuration control and change management
• Lead cross functional coordination with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, testing, quality and sustainment
• Manage customer relationships and program strategy; negotiate contracts, SOWs, commercial changes and maintain satisfaction
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and earned value metrics; optimize cost to meet profitability
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100), export controls (ITAR/EAR) and safety policies
• Build and develop high performing program teams; hire and develop successors
• Provide executive status, metrics and recommendations to senior leadership and program review boards

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum seven (7) years of Program Management experience
• Minimum three (3) years of people leadership experience
• Minimum ten (10) years of professional work experience (including PM/people management)
• Experience with program planning, scheduling tools (MS Project or equivalent) and earned value management (EVM)
• Strong engineering understanding for cost/schedule/performance trade offs
• Proven contract negotiation and customer management experience
• Exposure to supply chain coordination and regulatory/export control considerations
