Overview In this role you drive end-to-end technology delivery for the LRMC portfolio, aligning solutions with business needs and risk controls. You own delivery roadmaps, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure SDLC governance and compliance. You'll partner with department leaders to deliver value while mentoring teammates and advancing digital initiatives. Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end management and delivery oversight of technology projects from business case through deployment
- Own business and product requirements for solutions and manage updates to meet operational needs
- Oversee SDLC processes and ensure documentation supports policy, risk management, and security standards
- Facilitate progress reporting to sponsors and leaders, monitor budgets and variances, support annual budgeting
- Act as technology liaison to department leaders and partners, align delivery with tactical plans
- Lead daily workflows of cross-functional resources, mentor junior team members, and build organizational capability
- Demonstrate integrity and professional conduct within KPMG's work environment
Key requirements- Eight+ years of progressive experience in technology project/program management or similar
- Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required
- PM certifications (PMP, PgMP) are a plus but not required
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid delivery methods and SDLC
- Financial management skills including budgeting and forecasting
- Proficient stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
- Experience managing and developing direct reports and cross-functional teams
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
