Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance on technical accounting and financial reporting for complex transactions
- Advise clients on capital markets topics including M&A and restructuring
- Lead teams in the preparation and review of financial statements and transaction structures
- Utilize accounting modeling and financial structuring to maximize client value
- Coordinate project management to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in engagements
- Validate outcomes with clients and refine advisory services based on feedback
- Develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams to drive excellence
- Craft and convey clear, holistic messages to stakeholders
- Direct teams through complexity with composure and strategic questioning
Key requirements- Bachelor degree or higher
- At least 6 years of experience
- Active CPA license (one of the required credentials)
