Overview As Lead Design Engineer (Electrical) you drive fuse development for data center and grid infrastructure, acting as technical lead and change authority across lifecycle. You collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable fuse solutions for High Speed and MV platforms. You balance performance, cost, manufacturability, and reliability from concept through launch, ensuring regulatory and quality alignment. You will shape product architectures and mentor engineers while influencing stakeholders on progress and risk.

Responsibilities- Serve as technical lead and design authority for assigned fuse families, managing change control and product integrity
- Lead development of advanced fuse technologies for data center, grid, and power conversion applications
- Plan and execute complex new product development from concept to launch, balancing performance, cost, manufacturability, risk, and schedule
- Define materials, processes, and manufacturing strategies to ensure global manufacturability, compliance, quality, and reliability
- Provide product line support, drive root cause and corrective actions, and communicate direction and progress to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in electrical product development
- Knowledge of DC and/or MV (medium voltage) products and systems
