Overview As a Workday Financials Manager, you will guide client WorkdayFinance initiatives from design to go-live, aligning solutions with business needs and regulatory standards. You'll lead cross-functional teams, mentor consultants, and foster strong client relationships to ensure successful delivery. You will stay current with Workday Financials and related modules while driving continuous improvement. This role offers impact across diverse industries within a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities- Lead and manage large Workday Financials implementations, focusing on R2R and/or O2C processes
- Design and configure Workday Financials, Accounting Center, and integrations
- Develop implementation plans with effort estimates, timelines, and cost considerations
- Coordinate requirements gathering, design workshops, testing, data conversion, training, and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture financial reporting and data management needs
- Provide risk assessments and application control reviews in client environments
- Mentor and coach junior staff; contribute to training and development
- Support proposal development and client strategies to grow business
Key requirements- 5+ years in professional services or industry with Workday Financials experience
- Strong background in R2R and/or O2C processes and Workday implementations
- Workday Financials certification preferred; Accounting Center, Adaptive, Prism certifications a plus
- Understanding of SOX controls and data security concepts; familiarity with SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics security a plus
- Bachelor in MIS, Finance/Accounting, or Engineering; strong accounting knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Visio/Access a plus
- Ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and travel as needed
