Overview

In this role you will lead and scale a global SaaS business, shaping strategy, operations, product direction, and profitability. You will steer M&A activity and build a high-performing executive team to drive sustainable growth and shareholder value. You'll work closely with the board to execute enterprise growth strategies and manage risk and performance across the organization. This is a hands-on CEO role at a company with significant scale and ambition, offering a meaningful chance to influence product direction and market impact.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute company strategy to scale a global SaaS business
  • Oversee operations, product direction, and profitability
  • Lead M&A initiatives, including due diligence, negotiations, and integration
  • Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations
  • Partner with the board and drive shareholder value
  • Forecast, budget, and strategic planning to improve EBITDA and long-term health
Key requirements
  • 20+ years in executive roles (CEO, President, GM) with full P&L ownership
  • Proven track record scaling a $15M-$30M+ global SaaS or enterprise software company
  • Recent hands-on M&A experience (due diligence, negotiations, post-acquisition integration)
  • Strong enterprise software/SaaS background, preferably MarTech, channel marketing, or marketing automation
  • Experience serving Fortune 500/Global 2000 customers and leading enterprise growth strategies
  • Proven ability to build and lead executive teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations
  • Strong financial leadership with forecasting, budgeting, EBITDA improvement, and strategic planning
  • Experience partnering with Boards of Directors and driving shareholder value
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
