Overview In this role you perform financial due diligence on target companies, assess financial risks, and present findings to clients. You guide management teams, prepare due diligence reports, and support client decision-making. You supervise and mentor junior staff and receive formal TAS training. Responsibilities- Assist in conducting financial due diligence analyzing target companies' financials, metrics, market dynamics, and risks
- Identify and assess financial risks including reporting accuracy, compliance, cash flow, debt structures, and contingencies
- Communicate with target management teams and client personnel
- Prepare due diligence reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations
- Supervise, train, mentor and evaluate Seniors, Associates, and Interns
- Participate in formal TAS training and ongoing learning opportunities
Key requirements- Bachelor degree required
- CPA credential
- At least 6 years of relevant experience with a Big Four or national firm including 3 years in financial due diligence
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of M&A markets (corporate, private equity, investment banking)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and facilitation
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI or equivalent analytics software
