Overview As Group Director, Technology Operations you will define and drive the AI and digital transformation strategy for Global Governance, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant AI products and automation at enterprise scale. You will lead a portfolio of high-impact programs across AI enablement, automation, and technology modernization, ensuring outcomes that improve efficiency and reduce risk. This role provides direct exposure to senior leadership and a chance to shape governance technology globally. You will translate complex tech into business value and champion responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities- Define and lead the AI and digital transformation strategy for Global Governance aligned with enterprise priorities
- Identify, prioritize, and execute AI use cases across governance functions (legal, compliance, investigations, risk)
- Deliver scalable AI products and automation solutions with responsible AI and regulatory compliance
- Establish frameworks for AI adoption, governance, and value realization with measurable outcomes
- Lead a portfolio of cross-functional programs spanning AI, digital products, automation, and modernization
- Define roadmaps, milestones, and value realization plans; set stage gates and success metrics
- Oversee budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and execution with real-time tracking
- Influence senior leadership on technology strategy and AI investments
- Own ROI models and cost optimization for digital strategy portfolio
- Develop business cases and align digital strategy with regulatory and risk management goals
- Build high-performing teams and foster innovation and responsible experimentation in technology
- Champion ethics, integrity, and compliance in all programs and technologies
Key requirements- Proven experience leading large-scale technology, AI, or digital transformation programs
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, automation, and data-driven solutions
- Deep expertise in program management, financial oversight, and stakeholder influence
- Ability to operate at strategic and execution levels
- Experience in regulated, risk-sensitive environments (preferred)
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, IT, finance, management, or related area and 8 years' experience in program-related roles or Option 2: 10 years' experience in program-related roles and 5 years' supervisory experience
