Overview In this role you manage global accounts within the Entertainment segment, aligning local market activities with global account strategy. You build strategic relationships with key buyers to grow market share and revenue across Marriott brands, while ensuring pull-through of Business Travel, group, and extended-stay opportunities. You collaborate with Global Account Directors and Executives on the Enterprise Sales Team to execute local market strategies and maximize sales resources. You drive cross-functional partnership and accountable execution to meet market objectives.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement the account strategy aligned with segment goals and ensure local market execution
- Verify alignment of local market strategy with global account goals
- Provide account management support for global Entertainment accounts and drive revenue growth
- Retain, expand and grow revenue through account development, margin management, and local sales initiatives
- Coordinate with Global Account Directors to deploy sales strategies and optimize resource use
- Leverage Entertainment and market resources to sustain account strategies at the property level
- Coordinate and manage large group transactions in-market and outbound with Group Sales
- Participate in BT pricing for assigned accounts at local properties
- Achieve local revenue and sales goals and manage operating budgets and controllable expenses
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key economic buyers; identify opportunities and feedback to stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with operations and ensure alignment between field and corporate
- Foster ongoing collaboration to drive account plans and strategy execution at the market level
- Establish and maintain high-quality service delivery for customers at all touchpoints
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- High school diploma or GED with 2 years of related sales/marketing/guest services experience
- Or 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management with relevant experience
