Responsibilities- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures for cost allocation
- Prepare and analyze cost reports, margins, and profitability trends
- Coordinate inventory audits and standard cost updates to ensure accurate valuation
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering on cost drivers
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategy development
- Ensure accounting compliance and support audits
- Lead and mentor cost accounting staff and drive continuous improvement
Key requirements- Master's degree in Accounting or related field
- Professional CMA or CPA highly desirable
- Minimum 12 years of experience in cost accounting and multinational corporate accounting
- Experience in manufacturing cost accounting and inventory management
- Proficiency in SAP and general accounting software; strong Excel and data analysis skills
