Responsibilities- Leverage mining market experience to open doors and grow trusted client partnerships in Environmental Services
- Lead strategic account planning with account managers, project managers, and technical leads to align client needs with capabilities
- Develop client relationship strategies to improve experience and generate repeat business
- Lead high-impact pursuits and campaigns to strengthen mining presence in Ontario and nationally
- Set growth priorities for priority clients and pursuits; guide Go/No-Go decisions based on strategic value
- Use pipeline insights to drive commercial decisions and sustainable revenue growth
- Coach team members in coordinated client outreach and pursuit planning for mining and resources
- Raise visibility by sharing technical expertise and innovation through client and industry engagement
- Foster a collaborative culture across Ontario Environmental Services and coordinate with other BCPLs for growth
- Champion health, safety, quality, and risk management across projects
- Mentor and recruit talent to build mining-related environmental services capacity
- Advance innovation initiatives to strengthen differentiation and long-term client value
- Provide leadership, communication, and mentoring to build engaged teams in a consulting environment
Key requirements- Credibility in the Ontario mining market with strong client relationships
- Technical depth in at least one environmental field (planning, permitting, ecology, waste management, hydrogeology, etc.)
- Proven track record in growing client relationships and leading strategic pursuits
- Ability to influence across business lines and connect multidisciplinary solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial acumen and disciplined investment decisions
- Leadership presence, communication, and mentoring experience in a consulting setting
- Bachelor in environmental science, engineering, hydrogeology, environmental planning, or related field; 15+ years of relevant experience
