Overview In this role you will lead large ServiceNow client implementations and shape the architectural direction to align with client goals. Responsibilities- Lead ServiceNow client implementations across multiple workstreams (planning, design, development, testing, and post go live support)
- Provide strategic architectural vision for ServiceNow deployments aligned with business goals and standards
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow capabilities and platform updates
- Engage with decision makers to define roadmaps and ensure delivery aligns with strategy
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development
- Lead business development: identify opportunities, develop proposals, and coordinate cross line resources
- Oversee management and development of solution areas within ServiceNow to meet evolving client needs
- Manage engagements per KPMG financial/cost policies
- Mentor a high performing team and drive continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Maintain key client relationships and pursue cross sell of other KPMG services
- Build internal networks within KPMG to leverage firm wide capabilities for client solutions
Key requirements- Eight years of ServiceNow technology consulting experience
- Experience leading and managing systems integration projects with alignment to strategic objectives
- ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field
- Proven success leading five or more ServiceNow projects
- Excellent analytical, data analysis and presentation skills; strong problem solving and strategic thinking; ability to present complex information to executives
