Overview In this role you will drive CRM implementation initiatives, focusing on Siebel and Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients. You will translate business requirements into technical designs and lead solutioning discussions with customers as a trusted advisor. You will work with cross-functional teams in a global delivery setting to ensure scalable, high-quality CRM outcomes that align with the client's strategic goals. You will contribute to project governance, testing, and proposal development, shaping how CRM capabilities enable business impact.
Responsibilities- Lead CRM implementation initiatives (Siebel CRM, Oracle Sales/Service Cloud)
- Translate functional requirements into technology solutions and craft technical strategy
- Engage with clients to gather inputs and demonstrate solutions
- Provide advisory inputs beyond project scope and demonstrate industry understanding
- Present solutions for on-premise integrations and multi-system environments
- Define testing scope, create scenarios, and drive QA closure
- Contribute to proposal development and framework
- Support complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a global delivery environment
Key requirements- 4+ years in CRM implementations with at least 2 years in Siebel CRM/Oracle Sales Cloud/Service Cloud
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
- Strong client-facing skills and advisory presence at senior levels
- Familiarity with Siebel functional modules
- Experience integrating with on-premise legacy systems
- Understanding of SDLC, deployment best practices
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure in production environments and gain customer buy-in
