Overview As Director of Change Management, you lead the strategy and execution of organizational change across AW2030 and other transformation programs. You partner with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams to integrate people, process, technology, and culture changes. You will design governance, tools, and metrics to drive adoption and measurable benefits. This role offers influence across a large, regulated utility with a focus on leadership alignment and workforce readiness. You will help shape enterprise transformation by embedding change management into program delivery and building agile leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities- Lead enterprise-wide change management programs for transformation initiatives, system implementations, and organizational redesigns.
- Develop and maintain OCM frameworks, governance, standards, and integrated change strategies across programs.
- Assess readiness, identify barriers, and drive adoption with executive sponsorship and governance structures.
- Coordinate change activities across multiple initiatives to ensure alignment and capacity management.
- Provide strategic HCC guidance on workforce transformation, organization design, talent strategies, culture, and leadership effectiveness.
- Advise on operating models, workforce readiness, and succession considerations linked to transformation efforts.
- Create change metrics, scorecards, and dashboards to measure readiness and realization of benefits.
- Embed change management into project methodologies and drive leadership alignment and communications.
Key requirements- 12+ years in change management, organizational effectiveness, or transformation leadership
- 7+ years leading teams and enterprise-wide initiatives
- Experience with large-scale transformations, ERP/digital modernization, and M&A
- Ability to advise executives and influence across matrixed organizations
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; knowledge of HR strategy, organization design, and workforce transformation
- Experience in regulated, asset-intensive, or utility environments preferred
