Overview In this role you will provide engineering review, coordination, and oversight for operations, maintenance, repair, and construction work. You will lead project planning, schedule, and field coordination, ensuring systems integration and compliance with codes. You will support acquisition processes with CO/COTR and deliver official project status reports while optimizing cost and schedule. This position involves working on building and facilities mechanical systems and leveraging MAXIMO for project data driven management.

Responsibilities- Provide engineering review, coordination, and oversight for operations, maintenance, repair, and construction activities
- Plan, direct, and manage projects and major project phases; coordinate engineers and support staff
- Manage design/construction efforts including schedule, funding, and contractor performance; evaluate change requests
- Assist contracting officers with acquisition planning and visits; provide invoice support and schedule monitoring
- Ensure timely data entry into MAXIMO and integrate building, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Oversee follow-on maintenance programs and ensure objectives are met on schedule and at lowest cost
- Provide technical guidance on contracting/construction issues; prepare approved construction documents
- Deliver weekly project status reports and coordinate with field personnel
Key requirements- 5+ years as a facilities professional
- 2+ years in mechanical systems or construction
- Experience with design document implementation and review
- Ability to evaluate conditions and draft engineering memos
- Ability to perform engineering calculations
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
