Overview

As RevOps Partner II, you integrate with direct sales leadership to optimize the revenue engine. You prep forecast calls, diagnose pipeline health, and design scalable processes that help the team hit next-quarter goals. You translate questions into analyses, surface actionable insights, and enable faster, data-driven decisions. You collaborate across functions to close gaps and maintain operating rhythms that sustain growth. This role offers a frontline impact on GTM effectiveness within a growth-oriented, customer-obsessed culture.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary RevOps liaison for Direct Sales Leaders, anticipating needs and influencing outcomes through deep expertise.
  • Lead sales leadership cadences (MBRs/QBRs) with data-driven context and clear viewpoints.
  • Convert complex sales questions into actionable analyses and recommendations.
  • Identify and surface performance trends, risks, and opportunities ahead of requests.
  • Stay close to the forecast, assess risk, and align with Sales Managers to manage pipeline health.
  • Prepare accurate, executive-ready forecast packages and reporting for senior leadership.
  • Conduct ad hoc performance analyses and build custom models and trackers from scratch.
  • Collaborate with RevOps Insights & Analytics to define requirements and build dashboards.
  • Document processes, playbooks, and decision frameworks to drive consistency.
Key requirements
  • 3-5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or embedded business partner roles in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments
  • Deep familiarity with sales operating rhythms and forecast cadences
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency with modeling and scenario analyses
  • Solid understanding of direct sales metrics (pipeline coverage, win rates, cycle length, ramp attainment, activity-to-pipeline conversion)
  • Executive presence and influential communication with senior leadership
