Overview As Vice President in our Financial Due Diligence team in Boston, you'll lead due diligence engagements, guide technical advisory projects, and mentor junior staff. You'll advise clients on pre- and post-acquisition issues while expanding long-term business relationships. You'll help shape services for clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global advisory environment. This role combines leadership, technical excellence, and client partnership to drive value for buyers and sellers.

Key requirements- Demonstrated work experience in accounting or finance
- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, or MBA
- Financial Due Diligence experience for private equity and strategic buyers
- CPA strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and client relationship skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Flexibility to travel; experience working with diverse teams
