Overview As an Oracle WMS Cloud Lead, you will design and implement warehouse management solutions using Oracle Cloud WMS, guiding requirements gathering, design sessions, and end-to-end delivery. You'll lead cross-functional workshops, oversee data migration and testing, and ensure best practices across the WMS domain. This role combines technical design with client-facing leadership to drive mid-market supply chain transformations. You'll work with global teams, shaping automation and IoT-enabled warehousing initiatives to boost client resilience.

Responsibilities- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration for Oracle Cloud WMS
- Design inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and cross-dock workflows
- Translate business needs into Oracle WMS specifications and integration designs
- Conduct CRPs, UAT, and solution validation activities
- Oversee data migration, testing cycles, and cutover planning for warehouse ops
- Provide guidance to offshore teams, junior consultants, and client SMEs
- Create project docs (BRDs, functional designs, SOPs, training material)
- Collaborate with OTM, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Integration teams
- Ensure best practices for Oracle Cloud WMS across functions
- Support post go-live hypercare, optimization, and continuous improvement
Key requirements- Minimum 5 years of Oracle WMS experience, with at least 3 years on Oracle Cloud WMS (WMS Cloud / Oracle Logistics Cloud)
- At least 5 years configuring receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, inventory controls, and task management
- Minimum 5 years of integrations with ERP, OTM, TMS, scanners/RF devices, and third-party automation systems
- Minimum 5 years leading Oracle WMS Cloud implementations or rollouts
- Minimum 4 years leading CRPs, design workshops, and cross-functional stakeholder discussions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent OR equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
- If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
