Overview

In this role, you drive enterprise-level cost optimization and savings realization within SPG, aligning across SAMs, BUs, and central teams. You will consolidate forecasts, manage MCOS/MCM data and pipelines, and prepare executive reporting to inform decision-making. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives to remove barriers and accelerate efficiency, leveraging data and tools to maximize impact. This position offers visibility to executive leadership and a meaningful opportunity to shape cost performance at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Align SPG priorities and pipeline expectations across SAMs, BUs, and central teams to achieve MCOS targets
  • Consolidate and maintain enterprise MCOS forecasts in MCM with scenario planning and alignment to AOP targets
  • Coordinate quarter-end actuals reporting with Finance, validating savings realization and forecast accuracy for executive readiness
  • Develop robust MCOS pipeline across BUs and SAM teams (P2P, Configurations, DCRs, Co-Innovation, Resourcing, Should Cost) ensuring sufficiency and readiness
  • Track MCOS projects in MCM with data integrity, including financial validation, timelines, risks, and ownership
  • Standardize MCOS processes, reporting frameworks, and tool usage across the organization
  • Collaborate across SAMs, MPMs, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to remove barriers and accelerate savings
  • Lead SPG-level MCOS operating cadence (weekly reviews, BU/SAM forums, exec updates) with clear risk communication and mitigations
  • Utilize data, tools, and resources to support informed decision-making and maximize enterprise MCOS impact
Key requirements
  • Deep expertise in cost optimization, supply chain, and MCOS/MCM tools including forecasting and actuals reporting methodologies
  • Ability to interpret cross-BU and enterprise-level cost challenges and implement scalable cost-reduction levers
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with moderate to high complexity and influencing without authority
  • Proven problem solving for complex, ambiguous enterprise challenges and identifying risks and opportunities
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to executives and cross-functional teams
